Shipping Related Notes
Estimated shipping times during checkout do not include order processing times. From our experience your location in regards to where the item is shipped from does not make the shipping time longer or shorter.
We ship all orders via USPS. After your order has been picked up by USPS we are not responsible for transit times - including USPS shipments that run late due to an issue on USPS side of business.
We can not assist in a shipping related issue until the allowed tend (10) shipping days for the First Class mail has elapsed. After that time, if you have not received your item please feel free to contact us to resolve the issue. We will work with you, to make sure you are happy with the situation.
FREE SHIPPING options do not include tracking. If you opt for free shipping and your package is lost in the mail we are not liable for your item. If you want to ensure your package arrives safely with our assistance please select an upgraded shipping option. If you select free shipping and your package is lost, we will be unable to assist.
By selecting the First Class shipping option during checkout, you agree to wait the allocated ten (10) shipping days before you take any action with your payment provider (ie, Credit Card Company or PayPal). You also agree to contact us to resolve the issue first after those ten (10) shipping days. We will assist you and take care of the situation.
In the event a customer uses an incorrect shipping address, or they enter their shipping address incorrectly and the package does not arrive properly, it will be the responsibly of the customer to pay the additional shipping charges to ship the order again. Orders that need to be shipped again due to incorrect shipping address information are not eligible for free shipping. If a customer paid for upgraded shipping for their original order, those shipping charges apply to the original shipment only. In these cases, the customer will be required to pay for shipping again to have their order re-shipped.
Please note: Shipping times during checkout do not include order processing. We are a small home based business and do our best to ship promptly. Order processing times typically take 1-4 days but sometimes can take longer depending on the items ordered and the materials used. At this time we are unable to offer any sort of guarantee to the speed at which we can process your order. Upgraded shipping options during checkout are related to the type of postage ONLY and have no bearing to the speed of which the order is processed.
Returns
Returns are only permitted under special conditions. Customers must contact us directly to receive authorization to return an item. Any item that is returned without proper authorization is not eligible for a refund. Any shipping charges charged during the order are not refundable under any condition.
Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds
Refunds are permitted up to 30 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in new, unused condition. If the item has been used or is damaged it is not eligible for a refund.
The customer is responsible for shipping back to the shipper to receive the refund. Tracking information is HIGHLY recommended when returning your item. If the item is shipped back without tracking and we can not confirm delivery there will be no refund given. If an item is lost in the mail for longer than 14 days and does having a tracking number we will honor the refund with proof of tracking.
Any shipping charges during the original order by the customer are not refundable.
There may be up to a 30% restocking fee to cover shipping and other expenses. This is decided on an order by order basis.
If a refund is being offered without an item being returned in an unused condition, photos of the destroyed product are required for the refund.
When returned items are received they need to be inspected and a refund will be granted only if the items are in new, resellable condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days or less of the item being received by us.
Property Damage
By installing and using our decal products you acknowledge that you understand the fundamentals of decal products. You understand the adhesive properties and fully understand how to install, maintain and remove them.
We are not liable for any damage that may take place from the customers use of any of our products.

BocaDecals® is a federally registered trademark owned and operated by Stretched Pixel, LLC™. A legally registered company located in Florida, U.S.A. Any orders placed on this or partnering websites will use the merchant account of Stretched Pixel, LLC. Therefore, please be advised any orders will show up as Stretched Pixel, LLC in your credit card, or PayPal statements.
