Refund policy
Returns are only permitted under special conditions. Customers must contact us directly to receive authorization to return an item. Any item that is returned without proper authorization is not eligible for a refund. Any shipping charges charged during the order are not refundable under any condition.
Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds
Refunds are permitted up to 30 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in new, unused condition. If the item has been used or is damaged it is not eligible for a refund.
In the event a customer claims there is a fitment issue or defect with the item, the customer must provide photographic evidence. In the event an item does have a fitment issue or is damaged we are more than happy to work with the customer to resolve the issue. Without photo(s) of the issue, we are unable to assist in resolving the issue.
The customer is responsible for shipping back to the shipper to receive the refund. Tracking information is HIGHLY recommended when returning your item. If the item is shipped back without tracking and we can not confirm delivery there will be no refund given. If an item is lost in the mail for longer than 14 days and does having a tracking number we will honor the refund with proof of tracking.
Any shipping charges during the original order by the customer are not refundable.
We reserve the right to keep up to 30% of a refund to cover shipping and other costs under certain circumstances. We do not typically do this. This is decided on a order by order basis.
If a refund is being offered without an item being returned in an unused condition, photos of the destroyed product are required for the refund.
When returned items are received they need to be inspected and a refund will be granted only if the items are in new, resellable condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days or less of the item being received by us.
