How do you ship your items?

We ship all of our orders via USPS. Our free shipping option ships via USPS standard mail. We do not guarantee tracking for orders using free shipping, and we can not provide any warranty on your item not arriving properly.

During checkout there are upgraded shipping options. All of our upgraded shipping options include tracking. We highly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking.

I paid for faster shipping; why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Upgraded shipping options are related to the USPS shipping service, and are NOT related to order processing times. If your item does not ship for a few days, because we may need to make your decals, etc, you are not wasting your money with the upgraded shipping costs. Your USPS shipping method will indeed be faster than if you selected free shipping.

We offer many different decal products, and many need to be custom made when you order them. Because of this order processing times can be 1-5 days. We do our best to keep this time to a minimum.

How long does it take to process my order?

We are a small home business with limited storage space. Because of this, we can not guarantee that all of our decals are made ahead of time and will ship right away. Many of our decals need to be custom made when you place your order.

Orders will typically be processed in 2-5 days from the day you place your order. Some of our faster moving decals may have pre-made inventory that allows us to process your order in 1-2 days.

Because we are a small home-based business we can not provide any guarantee with order processing times.

Questions About Returns

How can I return an item?

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, and most of our decals needing to be made to order, we do have various return policies.

If we find that there is an issue with your order that was caused due to an error on our part, we will always be happy to work with you on a refund or replacement.

If there is not an error on our behalf any item eligible to return must be in new, unused condition.

Automotive Decals

Typically we will honor returns on most of our automotive decals. Please contact customer service and request your return and we will provide you further details.

Wall Decals

Wall Decals 25″ or larger are not eligible for refunds. Smaller wall decals may be eligible for refunds. Please contact customer service with your return request for more details.

Custom Decals

No custom decals are eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Other Decals

For many of our decals products you will need to contact customer service for fore details on refund eligibility.

We are excited to see that you are pleased with your items. We take pride in the quality of the items we design and make. We go out of our way to make our items in the good ‘ol U.S.A., and we outsource our supplies, when possible, from U.S. based businesses. We proudly believe in supporting American businesses.
